Ocala, Florida January 30, 2009 – HydroMentia a leading water treatment and algae production company announces the election of new board members:

Kenneth H. (Buddy) MacKay, Jr., served as Lieutenant Governor of Florida from 1990 thru November, 1998 and as Governor following Governor Lawton Chiles death. He currently serves as a Volunteer Dependency Mediator in the 5th Circuit Juvenile Court.

Randolph Simpson, III., is an independent financial consultant. He serves on the board of directors of BCI Engineers and Scientist, Inc. As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FCS Holdings, he directed the sale of Florida Crushed Stone Company to CSR America.

Stephen W. Swindal is currently Chairman of Marine Towing of Tampa, LLC, and former Senior Executive Officer of the New York Yankees. He is co-owner of Swindal International, LLC, a wholesale furniture importer and distributor.
